Delivery within the UK typically takes 5–11 working days. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

3. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we primarily ship within the United Kingdom. However, we’re actively working on expanding our international delivery options.

4. What if I need to return an item?

No worries — we offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your unused item for a full refund (excluding shipping). To start a return, contact us at egonedrop@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process.

5. My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please email us with your order number and photos at egonedrop@gmail.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund right away — no hassle.
